Refund policy

All sales are final. No exchange, return nor refund or if insisted, handling/restocking fee 30%.  No amounts may be deducted from the invoice amount.  All claims for defective or shortage must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods and accompanied by this invoice.  $25 fine per delinquent check/charge.  Any past due payment (fee as well) is subject to 5% penalty after 30 days in addition to a 2% per month late charge.  Should legal collection proceedings become necessary, customer agrees to pay all legal costs, all interest and penalty charges in addition to original invoice amount.  Thank you for your business.
